Really helpful.
I spoke to Callum who was really helpful and explained how I could renew my contract to a better deal.
He was very cheerful and kind.
I've been with Vodafone for many years and they've always looked after me. Their coverage is far better up here in the north east of Scotland, than any other provider. They are also better value for money.
Their new premises are much better than the old one was too.

Callum & staff @ the new Elgin Vodaphone Store
The Elgin Vodaphone store only recently opened and judging by the queues, is really needed. I want to commend the staff - a crew of 5, meaning only 2-3 are able to be front of store and helping customers. Callum was so patient, chilled and super clear and professional in how he explained and resolved my mobile phone problems and then went on to set me up with a new account for my broadband, finding every saving possible, something I could never have done alone at home. The staff were doing so well, when each customer, especially those buying new phones, needs almost an hour of time. This store saves Moray residents a long journey to Inverness or Aberdeen and so will probably be busy for the foreseeable future. I'd like to suggest a water cooler, coffee machine and a shelf of books about communication, technology etc. It could become quite a hub for the town. Many thanks Callum, I was impressed by your calm friendly manner & focus and how you explained everything at a good pace and with clarity & never made me feel daft as an elderly digital newbie.

Always a pleasure going to Vodafone…
Always a pleasure going to Vodafone Elgin and seeing the staff there such as Rennie, Katie, Agnieszka and Dan who are always helpful and willing to help. Such a shame it's closing due to the center it's in closing, hopefully a new premises is opened soon in Elgin.
