Very smooth transaction
Very smooth transaction. Very happy deal upgrade for a Pixel 9 (from a Pixel 7a). Joy was super helpful and friendly and made sure I got the best deal and that I understood everything on my new plan, trade-in, etc. The other gentleman at the store was also very nice.

Excellent help from Georgia with sim number transfer and Contract
Georgia at Galashiels was excellent at sorting out a new sim transfer and new contract for my father who has dementia. She was very understanding, professional and empathetic all the way through the contract set up today.
She is also extremely technically astute and got around a sim transfer issue perfectly.

Standing outside in the pouring rain waiting to collect my phones. Shop is meant to be open but it is closed.
My order has been cancelled and will need to be resubmitted because I am unable to collect my phones from your closed shop at 1pm Saturday.
