Phone Upgrade
I was due for an upgrade and wanted to discuss my options with a person rather than online. Tomas was very helpful in the shop and found me the best deal that suited my needs. Mandeep was new but was also extremely friendly and helped while I waited for Tomas to finish with another customer. Thanks to you both, it was a good experience, much better than phoning Vodafone direct!

I had issues with my mobile phone so called into store at Gravesend. Met with Tomas who was friendly ,gave excellent customer service. Sorted my phone issue straight away as well as storage problem.I would definitely recommend Vodafone at Gravesend.

Ioana was able to help us today. We came into the store with a variety of queries and she not only supported my wife with an improved contract she was able to explain how adding my current line to my wife's contract and save us a total of £40 a month.

Ioana was very helpful in identifying what I needed to bring with me to get an additional line. She also found out I needed upgrades years ago and that’s what was affecting my broadband. The process was long but we got there in the end.
