06/12/25 Aaron at the Freshney Place store absolutely fantastic service. We came in and required two new handsets setting up and all data transferring over. Aaron did this without any issues at all. Yes it took at little time, but he was efficient and professional in his work. Got us sorted out and explained everything that was required. Very impressed indeed. 10/10

We came in just to see what an app was on mt phone that appeared and ended up walking out with a new phone. Amy was very attentive and helpful, we always have a nice chat and enjoy seeing her in store. She sorted us a good deal with a ew phone and moved all my info over to the new phone. Fantastic customer service
Amy was extremely knowledgeable, patient and able to answer all the questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble and Amy went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything and was very friendly and helpful. The customer service I received was excellent which is sometimes quite difficult to find and experience these days. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending and will definitely be looking at what other services I can transfer to.
