Taz was brilliant, informed me of everything and helped me setting up. Took me from A to Z. Angel in disguise, I was terrified to change my phone, delayed it over a year but she helped me so much and reassured me. Thank God Taz is here!

Very professional staff. Friendly and helpful, thank you. Taz was amazing and helped me setup and knew what she was talking about. Definitely coming back for my broadband. So glad there's a store so I can talk to people face to face.

After feeling like I had been sold the…
After feeling like I had been sold the wrong product in another store, I came to the Halifax store to discuss my concerns. I spoke to Tommy, who I felt, listened to me and understood my concerns. He helped to swap my contract with no fuss to something that was more suitable for me. I felt he really listened to what I wanted. Great customer service, Thank You.

Highly do not recommend I went into…
Highly do not recommend I went into Currys to set up was told 2 weeks it’s been almost a month now and only today I got told I would be delayed a further 3 days I called to cancel and they tell me they can’t over the phone and i need to go to the showroom to do so
