5 Star customer service
Went into store this morning, apprehensive after an unsuccessful visit to StAlbans branch & many calls to customer service.
Sunny was brilliant & tried everything possible to fix my problem. Unfortunately it lies beyond what Sunny can do but he arranged for technical to resolve it for me.
I left the store without feeling a nuisance
