The Gentleman, given name Mehdi was very very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked over the Door threshold, he was like a good brother ,receptive and very professional ,what a Guy wow If only all sales technicians were like Mehdi ,he gave me his time and has mentored me like a Guru ,I'm walking out of this Establishment with a spring in my step, almost floating out of here

William from Hemel store was amazing. He took me through my new sim-only contract in full detail, covering all pro-rata billing and price inflation rises. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends! A true asset to Vodafone and the Hemel store.
