Excellent service
My phone contract is with another provider who is not in Horsham. I had an issue on my phone that I could not resolve myself. I visited the Horsham Vodafone store and asked if it was possible for them to help me. A really nice young man named Niall was able to rectify the problem for me. He was extremely helpful and never made me feel incompetent. I was so impressed by the service he gave me today. He asked about my existing phone contract. I feel sure that when my current contract is ready for renewal that I would definitely consider changing to Vodafone after the wonderful level of service I received at this store today.
