I went to Vodafone Three, to check my bills and I met with Roy. He is a gentleman working with passion to help customers like their own parents. I felt so welcomed being a three customer to Vodafone store. As soon as my contract finishes I am moving to Vodafone for only Roy. He is Gem.

I had such a genuinely wonderful experience at the Vodafone store in Hounslow today that I felt compelled to share it.
From the moment I walked in, I was looked after by the store manager, and her level of care and professionalism was truly exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I fully understood my options without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
What stood out most was her attitude — warm, patient, and genuinely committed to helping. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this sincere and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted perfectly, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of.
This is exactly how customer service should be. A big thank you to her for making what could have been a routine visit such a positive experience. Vodafone is lucky to have someone like her representing them.
