I was served by Caitlin B at the Vodafone store in St Stephen's in Hull.
The whole experience was great! Very smooth process, even though I was doing a return and upgrade. She was very friendly and professional, and clear with what I had to pay. First class service!

Dylan was extremely helpful
Walked in with my dad who has a Huawei phone which I don’t understand to help him with as I have had an iPhone for 20 years but Dylan assisted us and helped set us up with a PAC code and swapped the number over on my dads behalf.
Couldn’t praise Dylan any higher as he sorted it out straightaway for us to be able to retain the same number.

On visiting VODAFONE in Hull recently…
On visiting VODAFONE in Hull recently my husband had lost his phone and wanted to replace it with a new one,
On arriving we were met by Jack who gave us a warm welcoming smile and asked if he could help,Jack soon sorted my husband s needs out with a phone that was perfect for him ,he set the phone up so as we left the store the phone was good to go and my husband was a happy man,so many thanks to you Jack for your help and professionalism.
Also abig thank you to Bernice the store manager who also sorted a problem out for us her understanding and professionalism very good service.

Excellent Experience with Caitlin B at Vodafone
Caitlin B helped me resolve my issue with payment. I was unable to pay my bill or access the app, but she assisted me in successfully paying the bill, reactivating the app, and resolving my login problem with Vodafone. She was also very friendly, understanding, and patient throughout the whole process. Honestly, they were the best person I’ve ever dealt with, hands down.

Upgrade of mobile phone
I visited the Vodafone store to upgrade my mobile phone and transfer from PAYG to contract. I was assisted by Honya, Caitlin P and Jack who were all very helpful and patient. The contents of my old phone were transferred to my new phone for a £25 fee. The process went smoothly and I am a happy customer. It's great that Vodafone offer this service for people like me who are not confident to manage the transfer themselves. Thank you!

Jack from the hill at Stephen's branch was absolutely brilliant , we came in looking for a new phone contract he was so patient and lovely with us very polite and continued to go over everything to make sure we was happy
