Many thanks to the Irvine Shop and especially Kayleigh. I had originally back out of an online deal and I wasn't able to get my up front payment back. Kayleigh at Irvine Vodafone sorted this out for me and got the ball rolling. I still hit a brick wall with customer service, but after a week they confirmed my refund.
So I returned to the shop and Kayleigh to get an upgrade to a Samsung Fold 6. A true professional and excellent customer service experience. Many thanks.

Great package deal from Andy
Needed a new phone as my old one was playing up. Went to Irvine branch and spoke to Andy, who asked me about mynphone and my usage habits, and tool the time to ask about my broadband too.
And my managed to get me a package for not much more than I was already paying and set my new device up for me to use right away!

Mel was fantastic!
Went to see about renewing my son's SIM only and spoke to Mel who was able to help sort me out with a new deal and a new plan.
Will be back to sort the rest of them out in the future!

Andy didn't mess about. Great service and sales!
Came to Irvine store to enquire about roaming on PAYG. Spoke to Andy who shown me the difference between PAYG with roaming and paym with inclusive roaming. Now have a great plan with euro roaming for less than I was topping up!

Came to irvine to see wht my data had stopped working. Spoke to andy who che ked out my account and number and found that i had ran out of data. Andy sorted me out with a mifi box to get internet back
