Nathan, Scott and team were welcoming, knowledgeable, earnest and respectful! They worked hard and kept us informed as they prepared my wife’s new iPhone 16 plus. WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS 5 STARS CLAIM BY TRUSTILOT ONE OF THE BEST IS THAT IN A CIRCUS FOR CLOWNS HAVE HAD BROADBAND OVER 3 MONTH NOW HAS ONLY REACHED NEAR TOP OF SPEED RANGE ABOUT 3 TIME THAT WAS AFTER 3 TIMES WHEN OPENREACH CAME OUT TO SORT SPPEED EVEN OPEN REACH SAID VODAFONE WERE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH EVEN MY ROUITER HAS PACKED UP A FEW TIME TRIED TO GET COMPENSATION THATS THE JOKE

New phone and contract
Kayleigh made having to purchase a new phone so easy. Such a lovely girl, friendly, patient and a pleasure to have helping you when you don't have a clue about tech. I would recommend Kayleigh if you need help. My new phone and contract suits my budget and no pressure to get a more expensive package. Thank you so much Kayleigh and for sorting out my account log in problems also and helping me transfer all my data which I would have struggled with 😁
