Went in to upgrade 2 phones. We got expert advice from Nick after telling him our wants and needs. He set up contracts for us that gave us exactly what we asked for with both phones and airtime.

Had such a lovely experience with Sam on Sunday. He went above and beyond with the situation we had, to which he dealt with right away, rather than putting us on the phone like most other phone companies have made us do. I was seen straight away. The person who dealt with me was friendly and took the time to explain everything to me and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. I came away with a saving of about £30 per month on my old contracts.

Nick was brilliant in helping me with syncing my Apple Watch to my new iPhone 16 pro max
I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and he reassured me it was an easy process. Within 10minutes he had synced it all up and showed me how to use it!
