Waqar was great in talking to customer support on the phone for us and supporting us with issues that we have had in previous stores and online, though it wasn’t the outcome that we came in for, the service was still great

Getting worse
Once again spoke to advisor when eventually got through no help what so ever , trying to do upgrade. But think best option is to get away once a customer they are not interested
