amazing service
Every time I step foot into this store I am greeted with a big smile and incredible service from everyone. Sunni was so helpful and really took the time to answer all my questions and sort my phone issues. Having a provider like Vodafone makes the stress of figuring out phone plans less daunting!

Excellent Customer Care
I recently had my phone stolen in central London and ordered a phone through a call with Vodafone. After a lot of difficulty I came to store for help. I was instantly supported by Sunny and his colleague Jay, who helped me to get a new phone and a better contract. Whilst we waited for some complications to be sorted through the Vodafone customer care team, Sunny called me every day to check in and advised me as soon as my phone could be collected.
The team here are fantastic and lovely people! Thank you so much.

As a long term customer of another…
As a long term customer of another network I finally decided to switch to Vodafone and wanted to buy a SIM only pay monthly contract to go with my new phone. I decided to do this in store rather than online and I am very glad that I did as I got a far better deal that way and excellent customer service from the store manager and his colleague who were very helpful in guiding me through the process.

Really smooth and perfect experience…
Really smooth and perfect experience for contracting the broadband at this branch! I appreciate their proper & fast procedure.
Today was a second visit at this branch (last time was the switch to the international call. And thanks to the previous great experience brought me this second visit. And this time experience was also perfect.
I definitely visit again if I have an opportunity for contract.
