Amazing Plan, Amazing James
James has been amazing, I was recently with EE and I popped over to the store in Walworth Road to see what they could offer. James Knowledge was amazing and I didn’t know Vodaphone could offer so much more compared to EE. A shame I was getting “ripped off” by EE for this long. Thank you James, you have been amazing I love this new airtime plan!

Mobile plan reduce and new phone wow
I was hoping this morning to review my business phone lines and plan. I was hosted by a great CS rep, James. (Walworth Branch SE17) He was so helpful, looked at all the options, and for the first time, my bill was reduced by 30%! Plus, I was able to upgrade without increasing my monthly budget for a mobile phone line.

Thank you James and Staff for a wonderful experience!
I visited the store last week to cash in on my upgrade. First of all i must speak on the cleanliness of the store and the kindness of the staff. All so welcoming and friendly it made me feel at ease. It had been a while since I upgraded my phone so i was a bit unsure on what to go for since i hadn’t upgraded my phone for about 4 gens . A friendly giant named James was so attentive and explained all of my options from the contracts to phones available to me and what the differences were, I was able to understand everything so easily! A week later I must say i’m very happy with my choice.
The staff are clearly well trained and enjoy doing what they do. If you’re unsure don’t go on youtube go in store and talk to them.

I have lost my physical SIM card
I have lost my physical SIM card , I immediately approached Vodafone office in Walworth road , and Maria sorted out everything smoothly and she was so nice. A life saver.

Diego and Madeleine were of great help when I asked them which plan would benefit me the most since it’s my first time switching to Vodafone , they explained everything in great detail and I did not feel intimidated to ask any questions. Excellent customer service on their behalf.
