Vodafone store amazing
After spending nearly 6 hours on the phone with Vodfone to sort out moving my boardband and sims over to Vodafone without any success I came into store. Bob was amazing sorted everything I needed in no time. Was very helpful and full of advice. Super service and lesson learned pop into store and get the personal touch of help and advice.

Vodafone Lowestoft - Upgrade deal
Went to Vodafone Lowestoft to see about upgrading my phone contract, i spoke to a person called Bob, he was was very helpful with my upgrade request and found me a great deal. Would highly recommend going to Lowestoft Vodafone store, all the staff are very helpful.

Really helpful store
Really helpful store. I had some issues with my phone which was just me being stupid but scoot and james fixed the issue and put my mind at ease. When my upgrade is due I will be coming to this store

My broadband has finally been installed…
My broadband has finally been installed and although it's not been smooth sailing the lowestoft store staff have been really helpful. I brought the broadband online but they were more than happy to help me out. Both Scott and James really put me at ease with the issues I had.

I brought my my first smartphone from Amazon and the helpful staff in the store helped me set it up and helped me make my first email address. Both Sophie and Lucas were really kind and patient with me and I'm going to recommend them to my friends

Bob and James very helpful. I'm not with Vodafone but despite this they helped get my phone working which I need for emergency. I will be going back when I can to move to Vodafone.

Best service ever
I had extremely bad experience with a well known satellite dish company , so much so that I cancelled my TV , Broadband , landline and mobile phone . The only problem now was getting a better contract , I have been with Vodafone for many years and decided to get myself and both my children a deal . Unfortunately it all went wrong over the phone when I was given miss information about my deal and as a consequence was told I had no option but to cancel.
I went into Vodafone in the high street lowest out of complete desperation. Fortunately I found out that the shop can do so much more than over the phone . I will never use Vodafone again over the phone . James and Bob served me and achieved miracles that Vodafone direct wouldn't even mention , let alone consider .
I can't recommend going to this invaluable asset enough. The service these two guys provided was an absolute life changer and I will always go there from now on .
