Excellent service
Just had a recent upgrade and was very pleased with the service received. James was extremely polite and helpful, fully explaining everything and happy to answer any of my questions. Would be happy to recommend to anyone and I am very happy with my new phone and package.

Just wanted to say that James and Scott have been amazing. I'm paying as you go but again felt very valued as a customer. They helped me fix an issue on mine and the wife's phone and she isn't Vodafone but soon will be.

Great service at Lowestoft Vodafone store
Having gone into the Lowestoft Vodafone store to discuss either upgrade or tariff change Bob my advisor suggested using a 2nd sim card for data allowing me to lower my tariff but increase data. He also did the same for my partners phone also on my account. Saving us money but getting more data. Great service thanks Bob

I went back to the Lowestoft store to get my photos transferred. James and Sophie were very polite and spent some extra time ensuring that all my photos were moved over for me as these photos are very precious to me

A gentleman named Rob was the store attendant to resolve my issues today. Can honestly say I could not fault him. Attentive, understanding to the requirements I had, efficient and polite. Highly recommend the store and the staff

Complete Satisfaction with the Vodafone Store
Without the help of Sophie Wood at our local Vodafone store I would have been lost with my recent Vodafone purchase. It should have been simple from the start but dealing with their on-line people and their laughable datababase "try this query and don't hold your breath" Tobi. - after 2 weeks of struggling I went into town and spoke to a real person. She'd sorted everything out within minutes and I came home happy. No messing about, no repeated identity checks, no asking the same questions over and over. Just a quick and effective and efficient and correct result. Top marks to the person and to the atmosphere in the Vodafone store.

Super helpful staff who actually want you to get your moneys worth
Luci was extremely helpful and talked me through how we can reduce my phone bill, what data plan options were available and helped me set up the entertainment plan, they went through costs with me, explained my how my next bill would change and answered all my questions about my new contract. 11/10
