I took my elderly father who is hearing impaired into your Lowestoft branch today to set up a basic contact, we were assisted by Bob, He was so patient and supportive of his needs. Bob joked with my dad and even cleaned his phone for him. He made it as clear and easy as possible.

Wonderful staff
Wonderful staff, everyone is super helpful and very knowledgable! They went out of their way to help me and were incredibly professional and yet personable at the same time, made for a great experience, which can’t be said for all customer facing environments, they truly care about the customer and want you to leave happy and satisfied with their service, they go above and beyond. Will definitely be returning!

Great service in a good location
I recieved a great service in store when I needed to upgrade my plan. Found the store colleagues helpful and provided a great service in store and gave good advice on how to resolve my query.

Lucas was really pleasent he was very helpful there was a rude customer who came into the shop and abused me due to having my new born with me ordering my new phones and also abused poor Lucas as he was just doing his job and the rude customer said is this a phone shop or a nurse I'm very happy with my experience
