Unfortunately my personal life went…
Unfortunately my personal life went haywire and I needed to go back on some of my personal accounts and I thought I needed to cancel almost anything except my phone but thanks to the store manager Kate I would be able to apply again to broadband. Thank you for your service Kate.

I’ve had a great experience with Kate at Vodafone. She first helped me set up my phone contract back in 2024, and I recently worked with her again for an upgrade.
Both times she found me really good deals and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely looks out for the best options for her customers.

What really stood out was her patience and professionalism throughout the whole process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling confident in my purchase.
It’s rare to receive such attentive and personalised service these days, and Kate is a real credit to the Vodafone team. I would highly recommend speaking with her if you visit the store!

Excellent Service from Michael and Team
I recently visited Vodafone for assistance with a service, and I had an excellent experience. The manager, Michael, along with his team, were all incredibly polite, friendly, and professional.
Michael stood out for his calm, smart, and confident approach. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my concerns were fully resolved. His team also provided equally warm and attentive support, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable.
