Dan the Man!
Danny in the Merry Hill branch was extremely patient and helpful. I had tried (unsuccessfully) to get my Apple watch set up with a cellular plan online. He sat with me for over an hour and went through the process. Danny transferred me to a monthly contract and sorted out the cellular for my watch. He was thoughtful and offered wonderful customer service throughout. Thanks Danny!

Renew broadband contract
I was served by Lydia who informed me that she was new bu this was not apparent, as I found her very pleasant & helpful. She helped me to decide on a new broadband deal and also discussed my Sim only contract which is due to end soon.
