Connor very helpful during upgrade
Connor was very helpful and patient during my recent visit to get an upgrade at the Morpeth Vodafone branch. He sorted out multiple issues and gave me time to make my mind up about upgrade options.

Excellent Customer Service
I visited the Morpeth store with my elderly Dad who has memory issues. Connor was extremely patient and understanding and helped us to resolve out problem. We are very grateful for the time he spent with us - Thank you Connor

I've used many phone shops in Morpeth…
I've used many phone shops in Morpeth over the years and the service I had from Connor at Vodaphone was by far the best, absolutely fantastic!! I've since been back twice to get phones for both of my daughters and he found me the best deals to suit my budget. Absolute credit to Vodaphone and I'll be back next week to sort out my home broadband!

Knowledgeable staff who provided exceptional customer service. Connor assisted me in selecting the optimal handset that satisfied my specific requirements and budget. He conducted a comprehensive needs assessment, inquiring about my preferences and intended usage for the device. His patience and expertise made the experience highly enjoyable. Both Connor and the manager, Rory, are valuable assets to the company. Additionally, a young lady named Megan greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome upon our arrival.

First phone for my son...
I visited to get my son his first phone with no real idea what I needed or wanted as I'm a major technophobe.
Jas and Connor talked me through exactly what I needed and showed me the best handset for my needs as well as introducing me to the easiest ways to add family tracking and security to his device. I was able to go away and have a think before returning to sign up. I felt comfortable and not pressured at all which was lovely. A really friendly and welcoming store with genuinely helpful staff. Thanks so much for making an experience I was dreading one that I actually enjoyed.

Friendly and efficient service
I went in store to query some tariffs and prices and I was served by Rory. He was knowledgeable and very efficient and friendly in his service. I would definitely return to the Morpeth store.
