Very good experience getting my son his first contract mobile. Both Connor and Scott were extremely patient and informative. Excellent service through out. Nice to see happy staff.

Helpful staff
I went into the store for help with adverts popping up on my phone and Karl and ewan were very helpful and saved me a lot of money. Really happy with the service they provided

I recently purchased a new phone at the…
I recently purchased a new phone at the neath vodafone store but hadn't set the new phone up yet but in the meantime time I had damaged old phone screen so this caused a big issue for me as I use it for business purposes. I called into the neath store again and Connor and Karl managed to transfer all data to my new phone even with the screen being damaged on the old phone by connecting a mouse to the phone which I found amazing and would never have thought of. I cannot thank them both enough for their help as I was in desperate need for my work data. 5 star and would highly recommend these guys. Thanks again

I recently had issues with my phone…
I recently had issues with my phone having many pop ups and viruses so I called into store to get the phone looked at. Karl the store advisor managed to clear all the apps which were causing me all the issues and also done a health check on the phone for me. I have to say I am very happy with the service received and that my phone is back working again. Highly recommend, thanks again
