This is without a shadow of a doubt thee worst network I have ever used. Was walking through abbeycentre shopping centre was approached by Vodafone person asking what network I was told them giff gaff which had amazing coverage and good rates. But they promised swore that I would get better coverage. My wife is pay as go Vodafone same phones but she can make calls where I can't. They knew was for work. And through there shocking coverage it's costing me money on jobs. But every time you phone them the line drops because of there service but there is nothing wrong. Can you cancel yes if pay stupid money. They DO NOT MEET THE CONTRACT THEN REFUSE TO LET YOU OUT COMPLETE JOKE. Go with gift gaff or o2 but avoid these gangsters at all costs
In response to reply. Why would I even waste my time ringing back. 1 of the times I rang about the shocking network coverage I was called a liar as they know I have good coverage really. Complete joke. I'd actually sooner pay the fine and go back to a network that delivers on there promises direct debit has been cancelled
