The store manager Chris at Northwich offered first class customer service and put right problems that arose when my new plan was set up on the wrong basis. He was at all times professional ,helpful and clear in his explanations.

Low waiting time. Chris the Manager took all the time needed to sign both my wife and I up to a new contract with all the features explained well.
My wife had an additional problem whereby he billing account had to be changed. This was also carried out to our satisfaction.

Northwich branch - cannot praise Manager Chris and Sales Advisor Kerry enough, amazing service.
They are so professional,extremely, knowledgeable ,with immense patience with customers like myself who has limited IT confidence.

Kerry was amazing, helped me to find the right product at the right price,very knowledgeable and friendly and patient.
Your Vodafone system let her and myself down ,very slow and was a problem which prevented completion of my Broadband order entailing
2 more visits my myself to the store before the order could be completed and signed off,you need to have more capacity and therefore speed on your systems to support staff like Kerry.
