Outstanding customer service.
I visited Vodafone in Oxford today to have a change made to my contract.
Normally, I find visiting Vodafone to be a fate worse than death—I walk in with a heavy heart, expecting the all-too-familiar “computer says no” response.
However, on this occasion, I was helped by a young man named Dan. Dan was personable, friendly, and wonderfully chatty. Most importantly, he didn’t have that dreaded “computer says no” attitude. Instead, he went above and beyond to help me, and we achieved an excellent outcome.
I would highly recommend seeking out Dan—his customer service truly stands out.

Daniel was amazing!
Daniel was by far, the best ever sales assistance I have ever encountered in any respect. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provided an excellent service.
I was impressed by his depth of knowledge and the fact I had to change 2 phones, adjust my broadband and enquire about my account. Daniel was the best advisor I could have asked for, and I’m am extremely grateful he was the member of staff on duty.

Best Customer Experience with ‘Tolis’
Saturday 25th July - Oxford Store.
Myself and my father went into the Vodafone store in the Saturday morning as my father was way overdue an upgrade. I usually support him with his phone and other tech as he is not tach savvy. However, I became useless thanks to the best customer service I have experienced/witnessed.
Apostolis or ‘Tolis’, as he referred himself to, was nothing but excellent, professional and provided the highest standard of knowledge whilst make it easy for my father to understand what he was looking at, looking for and how all of his benefits will benefit him with his new device. His attitude was far from trying to make him get the latest and spend the most, it was more about getting the latest device but whilst making sure the cost was kept an acceptable price. It’s people like Tolis, that are needed more retails and customer service. I’m an EE customer but used to be with Vodafone, I am very tempted to return due to experience I had today.

One of the worst company ever please do not get into vodafone
I am tired of talking robot Tobi
For two days i cannot make calls or receive calls. Made complaints no response. They never connect to you to an agent. I pay nearly £70 but cannot make calls this issue is soo constant. Their CEO don't reply their management don't reply. Please do not renew your contact choose others
Look at their response I cannot make or receive calls and they are saying to call.

Great help when needed
Having struggled to migrate my data from one phone to another and set up an eSIM for which the QR code did not work I called into Vodafone in Oxford hoping for help. I was welcomed in a very professional manner and then assisted by Nathan who was absolutely brilliant in helping a 60something get back on track. He took the time to make sure everything worked and I left a happy and more loyal Vodafone customer. Thank you.
I see Nathan has other positive comments - clearly a good man.

Irgisa - wonderful customer service

Fantastic added service
My wife and I went in to Vodafone Oxford for some guidance on how to use the My Vodafone app, which Dan quickly provided. But he then went on to sort out our tariffs on both accounts and get us on a much better deal. Excellent service from someone who clearly knew his subject inside out. Thanks Dan.
