Dom was fantastic, always has been. I came in looking to upgrade to the new Samsung Fold 8, and was sorted very quickly for a delivery 2 days later to my home. Top notch service! We also looked into my broadband to see if we could do anything with the pricing. Alas there wasn't anything to be done yet, but still a great experience all round!

Absolutely amazing service from Grace…
Absolutely amazing service from Grace today. We went in to upgrade our phones and she did everything to make sure we had the best deal. She even managed to explain how much better off we’d be switching to broadband so we decidedly saves a lot of money using the offers available. Really happy with the friendly and ok d service. I went into the Peterborough shop in Peterborough
I went into the Peterborough shop in queensgate recently to update my phone
I was warmly welcomed by Micheal who helped me make the transfer from pay as you go to a contract phone
Being a gentleman of senior years I was very impressed with his explanations and the process
Sadly when I got home I managed to snap the SIM card tray and was distraught as now I had the old phone out of commission and the new one stuck
On visiting the store early next morning Michael and a colleague were superb as they could see I was in a state of panic
They managed to get the SIM card out and then resurrected the old phone for three days until I got the new phone working Michael then rang me later to check all was well and informed the new sim was ready to use
Great service and a very friendly shop and staff
