Great customer service by Shauna
My upgrade experience at the Peterborough store was very smooth and very easy as Shauna explained everything in depth. Shauna was very polite and professional and even assisted me transfering all my apps and contacts to my new phone. I also got a tablet as well as the new phone Samsung A17 which was an added bonus. I have been a Vodafone customer now for many years and they have always been great to deal with and would not choose any other provider. Thanks again Shauna for your amazing customer service. Vodafone are lucky to have such a great advisor.
