They are so lovely and friendly and this lovely girl helped us transfer everything
All the staff were just amazing , they all came to stroke our dogs
What a lovely experience it was , the shop was full of laughter
I would highly recommend this shop for phone queries
Thank you to everyone especially the young lady that helped us . These staff are a credit to vodaphone . In these day when everyone expects that us older people know what we are doing , sometimes we need a little help

Amazing Jacob
I visited the pontefract store and was helped by Jacob with two new sim plans. He was was absolutely marvelous. Wonderful customer service and very happy with my new deal!

I recently visited the Vodafone store…
I recently visited the Vodafone store in Pontefract to fix my wife’s phone, and we were blown away by the incredible customer service. Right from the moment we walked in, the team made us feel so welcome and well looked after.
Not only did they sort out the phone issue smoothly, but they also helped us find a fantastic broadband package that fits our needs perfectly. A special mention to Jacob (our sales assistant) and the store manager for being so helpful, polite, and professional throughout.
Easily one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend this store to anyone in Pontefract!
