Fabulous service from Jacob
Used the store in Pontefract, West Yorkshire, where it was a pleasure to have been assisted by Jacob. He was very kind and friendly throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the products was impressive, making it easy to understand the options. Jacob helped me find a phone and plan that perfectly suited my needs. Overall, it was a great experience

Great experience
Jacob made the whole experience of upgrading effortless.
He was patient and understanding of my needs and took time to explain about the phone and device plans
Nothing was too much trouble and he did it in a very friendly, very pleasant and very polite manner.
Jacob is a credit to the Pontefract store and also to Vodafone themselves.
