Ryan in the Prestatyn branch was absolutely brilliant and dealt with all my queries. I would fully recommend this store as the staff are all pleasant and willing to help where possible. never had a bad experience here!

Vodafone head office told me many things that were incorrect.. hours and hours spent getting nowhere. Came to store and the manager Aaron and Mille where both excellent and a credit to the business
