Excellent Customer Service by Julia at Vodafone Redhill
I was looked after by a lady named Julia. She was so friendly and helpful and managed to save me money while keeping my existing benefits. She had to deal with 3 separate phones being myself, my son and my daughter and she was very patient with me, professional and personable.
