Received excellent customer service…
Received excellent customer service from Ross in the Rochdale store, however the pc system was loading up slow and I was in the store for quite some time (over a hour) just upgrading my device, it may have been quicker to deal with customers if staff had an updated system or tablets to work on like other phone stores. Ross was very friendly and offered some water too, a great asset to the company.
