Aaron in the Sevenoaks store has been fantastic initially setting us up on broadband then getting our mobiles going. Since we have just arrived from New Zealand this has been difficult to sort out. Aaron has been challenged by the system but come through for us after a lot of work. Great effort and we are very thankful

Broken screen diagnosis
Aaron was absolutely brilliant today assisting and advising me the best way to proceed after I damaged the screen on my phone. He really knows his stuff and is very professional with customers, a very nice chap.

Matt the manager was excellent as we had an issue involving a contract that a recently deceased gentleman had set up and his widow had been left in a very unfortunate and expense situation which she could Ill afford who was present in the shop and he was extremely empathetic and understanding and dealt with the situation in a very professional and totally courteous and kind manner.

Jimale and Aaron Great
Jimale set up my partners phone and spent time helping him. Jimale is very personable, knowledgeable, professional and with the ability to be friendly and humorous.
Aaron gave me a lot of help with a query on broadband and where we now live. There is little coverage and Aaron looked this up for me and gave good advice. Aaron is also very personable, knows his stuff but able to show he is professional with a sense of humour.
We have been with Vodafone for some years, Jimale and Aaron were both a credit to the business
