Adam and aaron at the sevenoak s branch have been absolutely amazing.
I had massive problems with a faulty phone and they have been so helpful and patient with me. It made something that was a complete hassle, totally bearable. I can't recommend these guys enough. Fantastic customer service.
They deserve a medal !!!

Jimale was excellent. V patient. But the Vodafone system is too slow and cumbersome. I spent many happy hours waiting for credit confirmation. I had to return 3 times on separate days .

Jimale changed my life
Jimale changed my life! (well a little bit!) I've been carrying 2 phones around for as long as I can remember. He helped me sort out new deals that make sense for me. And managed to get me to be able to have one phone with two lines and give me freedom for double-pocket carrying, double-charging conundrum and general hassle of trying to be smart with a personal and work phone!
