Title: Disappointing Experience with Vodafone

Store: Southampton Vodafone in westquay;
Customer advisor: Kam he was very unprofessional and unresponsive person and left me in the hallway and served other customer.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Vodafone. The network coverage in my area is consistently poor, with frequent dropped calls and slow data speeds. Despite numerous complaints, the issues remain unresolved.
The customer support team has been unhelpful and unresponsive. It takes ages to get through to someone, and even then, they seem more interested in following scripts than resolving my problems.
Update: I've been with Vodafone for years, but their recent price hikes and declining service quality have made me question their value for money.

Problems sorted with good experience.
Went to Vodaphone to sort out a couple of mistakes that I had made with emails etc...Alek the assistant manager at West Quay Southampton was so good. He sorted it out for me with patience, kindness and professionalism.
Also Dillion member of staff was very sweet and efficient.

Went to Southampton store to send my…
Went to Southampton store to send my galaxy s24 ultra for repair 9/7/25 more than 2 weeks later called them and they said they didn't receive the phone for repair so they said they will send me replacement which was downgrade to s24 what a joke again well done Vodafone
