Where do I start with this RUBBISH vodaphone setup & non-existant internet, despite being assured that it would just be 'updating, won't be long'. HA! Just moved in, & wish I'd stayed with whoever the previous supplier was. Couldn't be any worse. Ever tried to organise a house move with no internet at the destination? EVERYTHING you need to do requires internet access, & I have one bar on my giffgaff sim, so no guarantee this will ever get posted. Gggrrr-so fed up

Jordan the advisor sorted my upgrade out to the newest Samsung. He transferred everything over and got me a great deal. I even went back the next day as I was unsure with my Google accounts and he helped me throughout.
