The worst level of service experienced since the dinosaurs era
The level of service was just so terrible, walked into the store and no sense of acknowledgment of my presence for over fifteen minutes, I know they can claim they where busy but common sense dictates you acknowledge and say you would be right by to attend once you are through. Very very poor service, made me regretted walking in or even been a customer of such establishment.

Glenn is the best
Glenn was verry helpfull, i had no clue about my contract and how it works.
Glenn explained it all to me and i managed to get a new phone, he set it up for me and transferred all my info across.

The day my internet went.
I had an issue with my Esim not transferring to my new iphone. I am 28 years old and this was a massive issue because the internet is a necessity. I tried going to Vodafone online but they were no help and made the problem worse. I considered admitted myself into hospital because to my understanding there is free Wi-Fi and the thought of being without made me shake lol. I decided to put on my big boy pants and go to the Vodafone shop in Stevenage. I was greeted by a younger gentleman who solved my issue in less than 15 minutes. There were two people working in the store, and they were very helpful and approachable. I had a really pleasant visit.
