Great, Vodafone is starting to turn off their 3g signal. What chance do most people have as their 4&5g is garbage May as well go back to 2 tin cans and a piece of string if you are stuck on this... Voir plus

Fantastic customer service
The store was recommended mainly because of great customer service and its true-Martin and Adrian are fantastic. We experienced and witnessed such professionalism and empathy. Martin was so caring and patient to the elderly and vulnerable customers who he helped today. He is an ambassador for the company and reflected all that is good when we visited the store today.

Online vs store
Normally do all my upgrades online, was in town though I’d pop in store. I can’t praise the staff members enough in your Stockton store especially Martin. its so rare to find staff that actually engage with customers at a personal level. Went to see about a new sim or phone. Assistant was extremely helpful in finding the best deal phone for me giving plenty of advice and transferring everything over to new phone. A real necessity for us older people!!
