Great, Vodafone is starting to turn off their 3g signal. What chance do most people have as their 4&5g is garbage May as well go back to 2 tin cans and a piece of string if you are stuck on this... Voir plus

Excellent customer service
I have been a Vodafone customer for many years.
I particularly like the Stockton branch and where possible, I see Liam the store manager. He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Nothing is too much trouble. When speaking with him I always feel that I have the right phone and contract for my usage.
I always get my new phone set up and data transferred over. Knowing that when I walkout of the shop,everything is there and ready to use.
Excellent customer experience.

Great service from Liam!
Came into the store looking to change my phone, unsure with what options I had Liam explained everything and was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and welcoming and sorted us a very reasonable deal.

Peter and Adrian were brilliant
Peter and Adrian were brilliant. We went into different Vodafone shops and spoke to sale assistants who were unhelpful. Peter and Adrian went above and beyond and resolved the problem and were so lovely and friendly

Exceptional customer service with Adrian
Aidrian was outstanding today with the help and support he gave us . We recently lost mam and today dads phone stopped working and he was very nervous that the battery wouldn’t last to firstly get the right new phone , the right price plan for him and transfer all his very precious memories and data over to the new phone . I can not stress enough how great Adrian was , he put us both at ease , selected the perfect new phone for dad and actually reduced our monthly payment around the 3 contract I have with Vodaphone . His knowledge and customer service is outstanding. He has taken what we thought could be a difficult experience and made it into complete customer satisfaction. I will always ask for his service for every visit going forward . Many thanks Andrea
