This was the third occasion I've visited Kurt at the Sudbury branch of Vodafone. He knew he was going to make a sale but still was incredibly helpful and patient, taking me through the whole process of upgrading my phone from A to Z. Time was no object to him which means he will have saved me a lot of time in the future. Highky recommended in casw you hadn't already guessed!

Embarrass yourselves into court, you incompetent morons!
I bought Vodaphone home broadband nearly three years ago. The broadband was great for a while, then the bandwidth became so narrow you couldn't use a phone and watch TV. I couldn't get into my account, no matter how many times I requested a password change. The bill kept going up and up even though the cottage the line was in, was empty for nearly eight months! I finally called Vodaphone and told them to stick their line, my new long term tenants were going with Sky. Received the disingenuous, 'sorry you're leaving' after Sky must have told them the line was being taken over. I couldn't tell them via my account because I still couldn't get into it. So I phoned them and got the runaround. I'm still getting invoices and threatening emails two months later and still getting the runaround from their automated message they call 'customer service'. I am now going to ignore them until the incompetent morons have embarrassed themselves into court!

Went into the Sudbury store to look at…
Went into the Sudbury store to look at upgrading my phone. I’m always nervous about phone shops as I’ve had bad experiences in the past but the Ash and Kurt from Vodafone put me at ease right from the beginning. They were both so helpful! They worked together to find the best plan for me and even saved me money on my Home Broadband. Exactly service 10/10

Very helpful, great customer service.
Ash was great at helping me choose a new phone. Ash listened to what I was saying and looked at a number of phones online taking into account my budget. Nothing was too much trouble I felt very at ease in the store.
