Excellent customer service. Can’t fault it.
I was adamant I was leaving Vodafone having had an appalling experience with the Tech team on the phone. 3 and a half hours to be exact and the problem still wasn’t sorted. Popped into the Sudbury shop just to enquire about leaving Vodafone and moving to a new provider. I was met by Luke and his team, who were absolutely brilliant, took time to explain and go through things, they were so good I decided to stay with Vodafone, they even sorted out the original problem in a few minutes, which the tech team couldn’t sort in over 3 hours. Totally renewed my faith In Vodafone. They are all a credit to the company.
People are very quick to criticise when things don’t go right but it’s also important to give credit where credits due. You can’t beat face to face interaction.
I came out of the shop with a smile on my face. THANK YOU….
