Went into the store to get 2 Google Pixel 7 Pros. Nathan was super helpful. He was kind, approachable and went above and beyond to help us out! Would recommend anyone going to store to get his help 😄

Anthony was really helpful in pricing and explaining all the option available option for my upgrade. He also explained all the changes made to the payment method for upgrades since it had been a while from my last one. He made sure I understood everything and was happy with what I was getting. Came into Vodafone
Came into Vodafone, and spoke to Reyanne, she was absolutely amazing. She made my whole process so easy and I haven’t had such an amazing experience before. She truly was amazing and id recommend her to everyone cause I have never come out of a shop feeling more secure and happier then today

Excellent service
Great to have access to the store and to see the advisors in store instead of over the phone is alot better for elderly like ourselves and the service the agent Andrew provided was excellent in the Vodafone Sunderland store.
