Great customer service!
I visited Vodafone Swansea to research a new phone. Josh listened exactly to what I needed to get out of my phone for work I had no hesitation in purchasing it there and then. There was no pressure of a sale at all just a genuine desire to help in a friendly yet professional manner. After sales service was excellent and Josh was extremely helpful in answering all my questions regarding the new phone. All photos, videos and contacts were transferred across with ease and I had complete peace of mind. All staff were on hand and ready to help and Josh went over and above expectations. Many thanks!
