Served by Katie. Service light and fresh, which is nice. But the result has been a complete disaster. Her incompetence has resulted in a major set up error, leaving us with ZERO mobile service - and literally hours of personal time and Vodafone staff time to resolve.

Broadband
Went in regarding the broadband side of things for my first home. Josh was there to assist me in explaining all aspects of the process clearly. Having 3 phones with Vodafone, I knew the service was going to be to a high level and it was.
