Nothing is too much trouble......
it was time for a new phone and because of my daughter's previous excellent service with Vodaphone Swindon I decided to look into switching with them but, at the same time, was worried about the switch. I went to speak to Mac in Swindon who spent time looking for a suitable new phone and sim. No sales pressure and gave me all the information, including the dreaded network switch and transfer of everything on my old phone. I went ahead with the recommendations which suited me perfectly and the switch was so easy all done for me. Mac has so much technical knowledge on phones (more I am sure) and had the perfect approach for customer care. I am so happy with my new phone, sim plan and that I have switched to Vodaphone. Thanks Mac.

We came into Vodafone, because my daughters phone wouldn’t work and Nazmin helped us straight away, not only did she give us a new phone with a great deal she also managed to bring myself and my partners sim only contact down, saving us over £50 a month. Thank you Nazmin
