My husband and I called into shop today…
My husband and I called into shop today to get my husband SIM card out and Chris was very very helpful and I told him I had to go to O 2 to sort mine and bless him he did mine for me and I’m now with your company now I cannot say enough about this lad we r both in our 70 he was absolutely brilliant and so understanding we will b back thank you Chris x

A great experience
I came in to speak to an assistant about getting a new battery in my old phone.
In stead I decided to get a new one, as I couldn’t be without one, while it was being done. I have heart conditions and needed to have a phone for emergencies at all times. The young man I spoke too was lovely. His name was Tom. I’m a pensioner and am not very good at technology. Tom was brilliant, he was very polite, kind and patient. He showed me a number of options that I could afford and never once tried to upsell me anything that I didn’t want or need.
Thank you Tom for you help and understanding.
