Today I went to Vodafone Shop in Lakeside and I’ve been served by a girl named Olivia, not the best experience I had, I wasn’t even seated , very cold approach , not profesional at all. Hands in her pocket when she was talking to me. Vodafone is known for professionalism and customer care.

I would like to give special thanks to Maddy at Vodafone for the outstanding service she provided.
Maddy went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best value for our money each month. She took the time to carefully explain all of our options and helped us choose the package that suited our needs best.
She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never once seemed frustrated. Her focus was on making sure we were happy and that our money was being spent wisely.
