Karl and George were extremely helpful and welcoming. In particular Karl was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel stupid when I was asking simple questions. I had previously tried to upgrade my phone over the phone, but I much prefer attending instore.
Karl is a credit to your company, down to earth and uses jargon free language making things easier to understand.

Sammah was very helpful from the start
Sammah was very helpful from the start, she greeted us with a friendly welcome and helped us find the best plan for my husband and myself. We told her we were on a budget and she helped find us plans that fit. Our experience was smooth and easy. Karl was also very helpful and friendly.

Ian, the store manager ably took over from one of his helpful and awesome colleagues and went through some options in the problem-solving and resourcing department.
