This is a really bad company.Everything…
This is a really bad company.Everything you can imagine what can be wrong is wrong with them.
Their speed is awful and keeps dropping.You cannot work from home if you do.The signal wont come to next room or upstair.
There customer service is very poor.Their AI bot will take ages to pass it on to customer service advisor.
Take out atleast hour and half if you want to speak to anyone.
I am not sure how they will survive in this fast paced world

Went into my local store to get assistance reporting a lost phone. Karl, the assistant was so patient and so helpful, assisting me on the phone with the customer services team. His help alleviated my anxieties and resolved my problems
